Q: Where can I learn more about Order Routing Disclosure (Compliance with SEC Rule 606 – Disclosure of Order Routing Practices)?

A: All transactions are cleared through Pershing, LLC. Order routing may be confirmed at www.orderroutingdisclosure.com. In the “Enter Broker-Dealer’s Full Name:” Box, enter “W H Mell Associates Inc”. Our firm name must be entered exactly as it appears between the quotation marks, excluding punctuation as indicated.

Q:  What is the difference between NetXView and EDocumentSuite?

A:  NetXView and EDocumentSuite are both customer portals offered through Pershing, LLC.

NetXView allows our clients to view their accounts online on a daily basis.  Customers may view holdings, activity and projected cash flows.  Statement and confirmation access is also available through this portal if the account participates in Pershing’s “go paperless” option.  Access to NetXView must be set up through W. H. Mell Associates.  A link to this portal is included on this website.  Contact your W. H. Mell representative to learn more.

MyEdocumentSuite allows customers to access confirmations and statements online, it does not provide access to daily holdings, activity or projected cash flows.   This portal may be set-up by customers by accessing www.myedocumentsuite.com and following Pershing’s detailed instructions.  For assistance with MyEdocumentSuite, please contact your  W. H. Mell representative.
